Daniel Berger leads the FedEx St Jude Classic after 36 holes at TPC Southwind in Memphis, Tennessee.

Daniel shot a bogey free second round -6 under par 64 to lead the FedEx St Jude Classic with a -9 under par 36 hole total, and enjoys a three shot lead over the field.
Daniel mentioned to reporters just how tough TPC Southwind is, although he shot the low round of the tournament so far;
“Hardest course I’ve ever played.”
The greens feel like I’m at home.”
“To just know I’m playing well enough to contend is big.”
Tom Hoge is in second place at -6 under par, a -1 under 69 today keeps him in sight of the leader.
Three players share third spot at -5 under par, Dustin Johnson, -1 under 69 today, Phil Mickelson, -5 under 65 with one bogey on the card, and Brooks Koepka, his -5 under 65 was bogey free.
Brooks felt he played much better today;
“It was a little bit better. I felt like I actually hit the center of the clubface today,”
“Yesterday just felt out of sync, no rhythm, the timing wasn’t there. I didn’t really have anything, even on the greens.”
“Today was nice, to get the speed back on the greens a little bit.”
Making his debut on the PGA Tour is Wesley Bryan, who has two wins on the on the Web.com Tour this season and is the leading money winner on that tour with $280,692 in earnings.
Wesley is a in group of nine players at -4 under par, after his scrambling bogey free second round -4 under 66 today;
“It didn’t look like a bogey-free sixty-six.”
“I was kind of all over the place, I was able to get a few of the balls up-and-down today that I didn’t get up-and-down yesterday.”
“I got away with a lot out there, I was honestly in some pretty bad spots.”
