“I think I just have good feelings around this golf course.”
“I’ve always enjoyed playing it. I am putting the ball in play off the tee, which isn’t as hard here as some of the other golf courses we play.”
“But when I am doing that, I’m giving myself good chances for birdie.”
“The putter has been hot.”
“I guess I’m putting too well, I just have a good feeling around here.”
“I read the greens well. I’m just really trying to not think about too many things and try to point and shoot.”
“Right now, they’re going in, so hopefully that continues on the weekend.”
Steve reckons he just needs to tighten things up a bit;
“Just need to tighten things up a little bit, and hopefully a good night of rest and get hydrated here and we’ll come back out Saturday.”
Francesco Molinari, the hot favorite here is another shot back tied in fifth place at -11 under par after his second round -5 under 66.
Francesco has been on a hot streak lately;
“Everything is coming together now.”
