Back to back rounds of -6 under 65 have given Justin a two shot lead, at -12 under, in the Turkish Airlines Open after 36 holes in Turkey;

“I played catch-up here last year and other guys are capable of doing that this year.”

 “I think as I’ve shot two sixty fives, you can always have somebody from the chasing pack do the same thing.”

“For me it’s about keeping moving forward this week. Even par is not really going to get it done, so you have to have the mentality of keep moving forward.”

In second place at -10 under are, Danny Willett, England, -6 under 65 today, Thorbjørn Olesen, Denmark, -4 under 67, and Tom Lewis of England who carded the lowest round of the day a bogey free -8 under 63.

Danny is delighted to finally be back to full fitness;

“When I came here two years ago, I’m not sure how interested in playing golf I was.”

“It’s nice that we’re back and I’d say rejuvenated.”

“The body is in the best place it’s been in probably five or six years now and the golf game is going along with it and following that trend.”

Tom just relaxed, swung the club well, and putted well;

“I let my swing go a little bit more and I holed a lot of great putts. I holed many long ones and missed a few short ones.”

The 2016 champion Thorbjørn is hoping to repeat that performance;

“I know I’ve performed well in the past here, I’ll try to draw from that and hopefully I can keep playing well.”

“If I can keep from making bogeys or worse, I think I’ll have a pretty good chance.”

“There’s a lot of birdie chances out there but you make it a lot easier for yourself if you don’t make any bogeys. I did that pretty well today.”
